At Midcon Exteriors, our tagline is “Restoring Value.” For us, this holds a deeper meaning than just replacing roofs and restoring property value to the homes and properties we work on. More than just roofing, “Restoring Value” is about restoring dignity and value to the full contracting experience.
As we look across the roofing industry, we see customers tolerating contractors just to get the job done. Material suppliers tolerate contractors who may or may not pay on time. Subcontractors tolerate how they are treated on the job site. Our desire is that everyone who interacts with us in the roofing process–installers, suppliers, customers, and even our competitors–finds us refreshingly different.
Family-Owned
Midcon Exteriors was founded by Connor and Jessie Jones.
Connor is a native of Joplin, Missouri and started in the roofing industry 20 years ago as an installer during high school. Over the years, Connor has worked with other multi-state roofing contractors as territory manager and operations manager.
After moving to Northwest Arkansas in 2011, Connor and Jessie quickly fell in love with the area and community, and Connor had the opportunity to serve on the Lowell City Council. Connor and Jessie now live in Rogers with their four boys. Through Midcon Exteriors, they hope to provide an environment of personal growth and success for its team members, and to bring a great experience to the roofing industry in Northwest Arkansas.
